中国商务部:自2020年5月19日起对原产于澳大利亚的进口大麦征收反倾销税 China’s Ministry of Commerce: anti-dumping duties on imported Australia barley from May 19, 2020

中国商务部发布关于原产于澳大利亚的进口大麦反倾销调查最终裁定的公告称,调查机关最终裁定,原产于澳大利亚的进口大麦存在倾销,国内大麦产业受到实质损害,而且倾销与实质损害之间存在因果关系。根据《反倾销条例》第三十八条规定,商务部向国务院关税税则委员会提出征收反倾销税的建议,国务院关税税则委员会根据商务部的建议作出决定,自2020年5月19日起,对原产于澳大利亚的进口大麦征收反倾销税。

China’s Ministry of Commerce issued an announcement on the final ruling on the anti-dumping investigation of imported barley originating in Australia, stating that the investigating authority had finally ruled that there had been dumping of imported barley originating in Australia, that the domestic barley industry had suffered substantial damage, and that there was a causal relationship between dumping and substantial damage. In accordance with Article 38 of the Anti-Dumping Regulations, the Ministry of Commerce submitted a proposal for the imposition of anti-dumping duty to the Committee on Tariff Policy of the State Council, which, based on the proposal of the Ministry of Commerce, made a decision to impose anti-dumping duty on imported barley originating in Australia with effect from 19 May 2020.
